Does it make a difference whether spot injections are done before or after the workout?

AGREED!!!! best done before, gets in ur system better and no lumps to rubb out! Might be a bit painfull at first but push nthrough it and ull love it after time. I feel stronger if say i shoot my bi's and they just seem more powerfull!!

i totally agree when i do a spot inject i always work out the body part i keeps soreness and swelling down.
