I am training a friend of mine at the moment and he wants to get on some gear.. The gear available to him is Sustanon 250, deca and test.. He is 6'1 inches and very thin, id say he weighs about 176 lbs.. How can i run this for him with the gear available and how long for?? Winstrol and primo is also available..

What kind of Test?? Sustanon is Test.....be careful with the primo [They're is a lot of fakes around].....

If he hasn't been training or eating right for a significant period of time (2-3 yrs), don't put him on AS. He needs to put in the hardwork and nutrition before AS will pay off. It's not a shortcut.Comment

I have'nt seen this guy for a while, but he told me he's been training for a couple of years. He is 26, i've given him a good diet.. I did not advvise him on using roids but he said that he wanted to, so im just trying to get him on the best possible cycle as i can..Comment
