pec injection

Remember you'd have to get through the rib-cage to hit the heart and it's several inches deeper than you think. Normally for intracardial injections or draws in the ER, they use 18g, 6 inch needles to hit the pericardium. I think you're safe with 5/8 of a measly inch I admit the idea scared the hell outta me at first too, but now it's just another site inject!

use winny w/ a slin pin. That can help.

I do all site injects with 29g .5 inch slin pins. I have about 7% bf also, about a "0" skinfold, so that's deep enough for me everywhere, even for 1cc in quads. Most people probably need 5/8 to 1inch though to be on the safe side.

hmmmm...I've never thought of doing pec injections, it does look scary.
I think I might try it.

Ive done them, although i dont quite agree with nautica on site injecting prop will not help, the BA and local irritation will cause the muscle to swell for a couple of days, and hit the smae muscle e3d or e4d, you will get muscle fascia stretching. Although, i think spot injecting for growth is moot on the chest, too large of a muscle.

the idea of pec injections still freak me out to some extent.

also, I can't think of a worse place to get an abscess or infection. wouldn't even consider it unless it was human-grade gear that I got in a pharmacy...

i took one in the pec yesterday, i hit a vessel on my left pec, left a little bruise but neither pec is sore....used 1 in 22 gauge
