Hello Guys. I am new to this site and am glad I am here. Lots of good info. I am about 260 6 1 or so. Great muscle foundation (atleast on the upper body...he he). I would like to get down to about 220 or 225 and maintain my muscle I have now. I have read things about cutting cycles and fat burners. Do these actually get rid of fat or do they just help build quality mass with out the bloat?
I would like a couple examples of a cycle that would accomplish these kind of results.....THANKS!!

Also diet is KEY! find one that works for you and stick to it....something like the low carb keto diets might be worth a shot if you want to lose a good chunk before hot season.
Other than that any aas will maintain mass while dieting. I have used everything from primo, tren and winny (typical "cutting drugs") to anadrol, dbol and all manners of test (not so typical other than the test)
THANKS FOR THE RESPONES...To ansewr the question above I have only done one straight deca cycle..I am getting ready to do another with the QV 300. Interesting...These cutting cycles ...dont actually burn fat? I am ready to do some hard work and diet changes ...but I thought some of these things like Winnie and EQ would actually burn fat. If they dont what do they do? Add quality muscle with little water retention?
Actually, it's medically proven that most steroids INCREASE fat loss without ANY diet change. However, the basic rule of thumb still applies, it's diet and cardio, not drugs, that cut the fat. You can bulk on winny and cut on drol, i've seen both happen and work well.
OK guys .....I can deal with that. On this same note. Would you say on a cycle it is possible to loose a lot of body fat and not reduce the positive effects of a cycle. I understand that dieting is not a good idea on the jucie...(reduced calorie anyway). What about high cardio.....If some one has a good detailed cycle for cutting I would appriciate it.....I have started Deca today....what else can I cycle with it that would help me cut....Thanks....
Add some clenbuterol 1/2 hour before you do your morning cardio (on an empty stomach) for at least 30 minutes. If you never did clen before start with 1 tab to assess tolerance. Your hands will start to shake (a normal side effect from clen) and then gradually increase your dose as you get used to it. I wouldn't take more than 4 Clen a day in my opinion.
You might want to try Yohimburn for stubborn fat (love handles, neck and face or anywhere the fat seems to be hard to lose. It comes in a pump bottle and you just pump a few squirts on the stubborn fat areas. It is available at the AS Store
When you finally get your bodyfat low enough you might want to try Winstrol to get ultra shredded, but you BF must be below 10% before I would use Winny to get extra shredded. IMO
