  • Is this too much for a second cycle?

    I was just wondering. I did a cycle before like 2 years ago, just and test enanthate cycle.. did it for 6 weeks.

    I was just wondering if this second cycle would be too much.
    Im gonna do

    weeks 1-10 400mg of test cyp.
    weeks 1-10 400mg of EQ
    weeks 8-13 50mg of winny(ED)

    what do you guys think?

    stats: 6'1, 230lbs, 15%bf, 21 years old

    I wanna be around 225-230, at like 10% bf.

    Hmmm...IMO it is not too much...however it seems that your goal primaraly is to drop BF.....those goals are certanly attainable however the DIET AND CARDIO are more important than the AS....but again the dosage IMO is fair

      nope, not bad at all...keep a clean diet though

        Looks good.
        You will have to keep very strict diet on that cycle.

          My diet is
          meal 1 (after cardio)
          7 egg whites
          1/2 cup oat meal


          meal 2
          Lean Body meal replacement shake or a lean body mrp bar(only sometimes though)

          meal 3
          can of tuna
          1 piece 12 grain bread.
          some greens
          (some times i make a salad and throw the tuna in there)

          meal 4
          1 big chicken breast
          half a sweet potatoe
          veggies(more greens)

          meal 5
          1 cup 1% cottage cheese

          meal 6 (post work-out)
          45gm protein shake

          meal 7 (bed time)
          40 gram protein shake 5ml of flax oil

          working out hard 4 days a week, and i do cardio in the morning before breakfast.

          I do two body parts a day at the gym

          day1 chest&bis
          day2 Back&tris
          day3 rest
          day4 Shoulders&traps
          day5 legs
          rest
          rest

          reps are in the 7-10 range.
          larger muscle groups 4 exercises 3-4 sets each(usually do a prymid up, so my last set is the heaviest)


          :2gunsfiri the fat off! haha.

          Im just worried too that im gonna blow up so fast... What do you think.. can i hide that from people! haha.. I already told my girlfriend.

              Also guys I'll be taking .25 of arimidex a day, until i hit the bulk of the cycle weeks 8-10, then i'll bump it up to .50.

              again this is a bump... i wanna know dudes.. let a brother know! haha

                1) IMO your proposed cycle is not xcessive

                2) Re:Your training. > Dont like the way u are combining your muscle groups.
                Training triceps after doing chest the day before ? Man your tris should still be fried. Same with Bk after bis. I couldn^t do it.And also y legs at the end of the weekly training cycle ?
                Stick legs in the middle somewhere to give your upper body further rest. Just my 2cc.

                3) Props to u for telling your gf about gear.
                To fool others > wear baggy clothing, tell em u are on a shitload of weight gainers and using the Weider Super Mega Blaster System. People will believe anything since we know all AS users weigh 300 Lbs.(all muscle) and o yeah they are all dead anyways so u could not possibly be on gear.

                4) Sure u will get more replis to this thread, be patient as SAT nights are usually a little slow. Nobody around but losers like myself who just stay home and mastrubate....

                  IMO I think that's a great cycle as long as u keep your diet and cardio in check which i'm sure you are. BTW dont forget the clomid after the winstrol, i'd wait 3 days after ur last dose of winnie. Good LUck.

                    If u really want to burn off the fat, make sure u do 45 min of cardio in the morning and at night... The best thing about running a cycle is you are able to drop ur bf% pretty low and still keep ur gains. No one ever said being big and lean is easy but if you have the will, you will find the way. Great diet plan though.... good luck and train hard

                      I like that cycle... add a little cardio in the am, maybe 30-45min low-impact 3-4 times a week and you'll shred like a mofo! Make sure NOT to do what I do, and drop cals too fast, you'll lose muscle at alarming rates

                        Thanks boys! yeah i'll be doing the cardio in the am(before breakfast) for 30-45 minutes 5 times a week. Also i will do clomid... i just forgot to write that down.. stupid me! haha. thanks for the other replies bros! Do you think how im running the arimidex is ok???

                        GettingBig- I just like that way i work-out. It seems I get strong on every exercise when i do it that way. also i have my legs the last day cuz i like having two days rest after them.. i can hardly walk down the stairs after leg day! I hate leg day

                            I don't think thats to much at all. My second cycle is very similar. No Winny at the end just running my cyp and eq 14 - 16 weeks.
                            Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups
