  • Why do I feel sick guys

Ive been eating no carbs or maybe super low carbs for a week no and I feel like shit. Last night I woke up wiith a stomach ache. I couldnt go back to sleep. I all of a sudden feel dehidrated.

This is what Im eating so far.

    8:30am: 4 eggs by themselves w/orange juice

    11:30am: 2 chicken breasts w/water

    12:30: workout

2:00pm: a can or two of tuna w/water

3:15pm: snack w/2pints of chocolate milk

5:45pm: sandwich with lots of ham and yogurt w/water

    8:00pm: 1 can of tuna

9:00pm: go jogging for 30 miutes

    11:00pm: 5 boiled eggs(whole)

Ive been eating like this and feel like shit. Im just trying to add some cardio before I start juicing because I dont wanna feel heavy. So far so good but I feel sick guys.

I feel lethargic and dumb when doing no carb diets. They are also very diutetic so you will need to be sure and drink enough water.
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

I really dont think that it is the diet that is making you sick, but I could be wrong, it just looks to me like there are enough carbs to keep you feeling ok. You mentioned chocolate milk, orange juice, a snack, and a sandwich, with them carbs alone you shouldnt be feeling sick. If you truly feel that it is the low carbs, try adding a cup of oatmeal in your first 2 meals, oatmeal will not negatively effect your diet, especially if its in the morning.

I feel like my Iq goes down about 30 points when I eat no carbs. I eat carbs in the morning t try to combat the crappy feelings. But thats only when I do the atkins diet
Everything I say is my opinion and should not be listened to by anyone.

you have plenty of carbs in there, that's not the problem. Maybe you just aren't drinking enough, I don't see alot of water? Or perhaps your body just doesn't like the diet, mine doesn't like mine

True pro, I see less that 40g's of fat total in that diet, too low. I get over 100g's in mine, feel much better though still hungry and not ripped

Im currently in the 7th week of my diet and just got rid of the 1 cup of oats in the morning last week, giving 0 carbs except for post workout, which consists of 50g dextrose. Just by taking that 1 cup of oats out I can tell a difference in the way I feel. Low carb diets, especially NO carb diets make me tired as hell and MISERABLE all the time, my girlfriend hates me when I diet, not only because I am miserable but because I wont take her to get Rita's Water Ice .

Also, fiber, green veggies, help with digestion, and fills up that tummy.

                    Nice discipline.

                    Good Luck

Some days I get in about 50g of fat and others I get in close to or over 100g. I try to keep it to just 2 tbsp of natty PB per meal after 1:00pm. I love them 2 tbsp of PB, but it is such a tease, I could eat the entire damn jar.

You're eating alot of protein. Protein will dehydrate you...that's probably why you're feeling sick.

low carb diets make you feel sick, because your body is adjusting to not having any, it will wear you down. you should find other ways to add some carbs, minimal if you can't take(gatorade) would be good to have every other meal, also take some flax seed oil and maybe some more fat.

                          fat is long acting energy
                          carbos are medium acting energy
                          sugars are fast acting energy

you can't cut out all three and be healthy and also you don't want to overdrink water, because purified water has a tendency to strip your body of minerals, that's why i usually prefer gatorade or the such, i see it happen all the time on base down south

I agree with adding fat for energy, but not gatorade. If you have a slow metabolism gatorade will be ok for post workout or during workout but any other time the sugars will have a negative effect on your diet.
