I took my second shoot today I want to keep this cycle journal update to once a week. However, today when I took my shoot [I most def. asperateted] and pulled out the niddle a lil blood followed..... ..... I obvioiusly licked it up... question is : does any of the juice come out with the blood??
Ok there was a ton of jokes about me here about 40 of em....but I wanted my journal to easy to read........so hahahahahahaha for 40 post and lets move on
One question for anyone who can help....most of the jokes are regarding my diet.....if my diet is below maintance why did I put on 4lbs?? I never cheat on my diet... NEVER....nor on cardio
[this is not a post to say "I told you so" its a serious question cause I am trying to get rid of my belly.....]
why would you say that? Nolva is a anti estrogen, which is the cause of the water retention..... All the research I have done on nolva suggest that it is used, among other things, to keep water bloat down? [agreed it is not as effective as Liquidex]
nolva is an anti-estrogen that binds to specific receptors (ie brest tissue) arimidex prevents estrogen from aromatizing, thus with nolva testerone will still be aromatizing
I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul

I don't know enough to make the following statement but ...from the research I have done....does it not mean if you can not absorb estrogen then you will not have the water retention side effect of estro??
I have a spread sheet for BMR and in order for me to maintain current body weight I should be eating 2700 cal a day....so how the hell I put on 4 pounds in a week beats the hell out of me....there is an example of my diet^^^^so I am eating approx 2200-2400 cal a day...... I really don't feel like I am retaining water....although I could be??? any suggestions besides water?? took my 3rd shot of sust today...
additionally, any other opinions regarding the nolva question..??

Someone asked a question like yours on CEM about nolva, heres Nandi's Reply:
Most people claim they do, but I have not seen any research to support that. In fact as I mentioned to you those drugs are really SERMS: estrogenic in some tissues and antiestrogenic in others. I did a little research on the two mechanisms whereby estrogen induces water retention (increases in antidiuretic hormone, or AVP, and aldosterone) and discovered that for AVP, tamoxifen is actually an agonist, just like estrogen, so should enhance water retention by that route:
I haven't found any studies on nolva/clomid and the renin-aldosterone system yet.
Updated Note: Here is one showing no effect on renin and sodium excretion with tamoxifen. So the increase in AVP should lead to water retention from nolva since there is no effect on the renin-aldosterone system:
I would say based on what I've seen of the research, you are better off sticking with an aromatase inhibitor to help fend off estrogen related bloating.
