i want to lose fat and build muscle, i have been told since i have enough body mass on me that winney alone would be a good choice. If there is anything else that you might suggest i would love to hear your comment. If you do have any suggestions i would like to know the mg and the details about it

Winny is one of the better choices for cutting. You could also throw in some test prop. The vets can help you better.

bro dont feak out cuz they all said to do cardio ....they dont mean running your ass off( at least i dont think they do)
just get on a bike or a oliptical (spell) machine and get your heard rate to like 140 or so and keep it there for 45 min a day or every oher day....the fat will roll off of ya ...nuch quicker than if your running your ass off....its all about how we use our energy ....to make a long sory short. its rally not that hard ...and i hate cardio.
