how many of u guys do decline bench?
my nips are all the way at the bottom of my chest and i want to get my chest bigger (lower) and lessen the fat. i am paranoid that i might have gotten a little bit of gyno from my last cycle but am unsure... i have a bf% of maybe 15 so it could just be fat around my chest. i always do decline bench but am thinking of stopping? what do u guys think?

i think declines are ok every once in a while. i'm on an incline kick right now though. i also think that this should be in the training forum.
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

I do incline first every workout b/c my upper chest needs more work. I do declines or dips maybe once a month and that's it.

I used to do dips with 3 plates and change hanging from me... all that did was build my freakin' oversized tris. I can't seem to get dips to work my lower chest even when I lean over like you're supposed to. My lower chest is fine anyway, but if you do declines, dumbells are the way to go!

You should try doing decline flys. They will make your lower chest look harder then doing regular declines

Yes declines are a good movement, especially since they are easier on your shoulders.

Are you going to notice a more defined and built lower chest. No, diet is going to be the deciding factor as far a defenition goes, and building your chest up as a whole will be much more beneficial than trying to bring out your "lower" chest.

Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination
alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'press on' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race."
