Thanks for the advice. I've never ran deca and to be honest, I was looking forward to using it! I guess I can start with 25mg and (I was thinking) maybe up it to 37mg. I'm surprised nobody mentioned about saturated receptors. Hey 34pumped! You've been here the same time as I and you have over 1400 posts!! LOL I guess I need to post more often. Captain

i like number 1 but bump the ldex to .5mg ED to be safe IMO

your body is constantly producing new receptors, you cant technically 'saturate' them.
