Ok....My bis have always been the worst Bodypart on me...My tris are huge [for me].....Anyways,,, the point is do you guys think that 1/2 cc of sust in each bi is gonna hurt too much????? [ the glute shots kill my ass for 4 days] additionally, do you think that it would even make a difference in the size gains in my bi's???

IMO save the longer acting for the glutes and legs, short acting i.e prop, susp, fina, winnie for spots.
The sust would make ur bies sore as hell, i would just wait to use the short acting instead, but to all there on. That's what i do and i'm not saying it's right.
man i shot prop in my bi's a few weeks ago and though i was gonna die. sterile oil has become my best friend. i don't know how i survived for so long without it.

g.jr how would u do that? i also did prop in my bies, and i couldnt extend them for 3 days. give me an example on how u would use the oil to dilute it, sounds like something i need to do.

i like a 1/1 ratio cuz i'm a *****. so pull in 1cc of prop and 1 cc of oil and stick in in there...
my shots are 3cc ed on this cycle, so i have to do 1cc of tren, 1cc of test (either prop or sust depending on the day), then 1 cc of either sterile oil, or EQ. makes the injections 100% pain free. the prop days are actually only 1cc of tren and .5cc of prop...
