Thanks for all the info this far.

I have changed my mind, how does this look:

8 weeks total:
30mg Thai D-ball ED
250mg Spectro Deca EW
250MG Omna EW

Now how much clomid and when???? and do i take the Milk Thistle and ALA during and throughout the entire cycle?

Additionally...How is Spectro Gear? I have heard nothing but good things about them. Im in Canada and it seems to be the popular underground gear up here!!

Start the clomid 3 weeks after last shot.

I run mine like this

day 1: 300mg.
day 2-10: 150mg.
day11-20 50mg.

but everyone recovers different, I tend to end clomid when I get my sex drive back.

Are you gonna run the dbol for 8 weeks?
I would suggest only going for 6.
Run the milk thistle during the dbol.

I would speculate that 500 mg. of test would yeild more gains than 250 of test and 250 of Deca, but that is just speculation.

Why did you decide to run 3 AAS for a first cycle?
I ran a test only cycle (500mg.) for my first cycle and got about 30 lbs. off of it, but to each his own.

Spectro is decent, but I like human grade better.
I laways felt more comfortable putting my faith in stuff that was used for HRT, as it needs to be good for the patients sake.

Get some nolvadex on hand to prevent gyno if symptoms occur.

Also, get some bromo to prevent Prog. gyno caused by Deca.

Deca should be taken for atleast 10 weeks.
That Deca is gonna take a while to kick in, and it would be optimal to go 10-12 weeks on your cycle.

Your first cycle is your best, so try to do it to the best of your ability.

I would run the cycle for at least 10 weeks kid, it'll take you about 3-5 weeks to notice anything

yes I would do the Ala and thistle through out cycle too

Deca and d-ball: Wk 1- 10 200MG Deca Wk 1 - 6 30MG Dball ED
Omna 8 weeks 500mg/wk

( Or any combination there of )

Also I have 24 Clomid pills 50MG is that enough?

How much Mile thistle and ALA...is it ED or EW etc...?

Milk thistle is ED 1000mg.
ALA is ED 1000-1500mg (personally u can take alittle more or less)

Clomid: the regular post therepy is 300mg day1 100mg day 2-10 50mg day 11-20......Everybodys different, i tend to come back good with that. So if u have 50mg 24 pills than u do the math, i'm too lazy, if u need more, get more.

I would run: Deca wk 1-10 400mg
Some kind of test @ 500mg wk 1-10
