  • Blood work issues

Ok I'm regularly going to start getting blood work done as I've begun cruising after testing at 291 two years in a row.

I've been cruising now for 3 months and I want to go get bloodwork done to make sure I'm covering my bases accordingly.

I notice most of you use privatelabs to get an idea of where your at. And mainly the female panel.

My question is do any of you just use your insurance and go through your doc and get a physical? I don't want my doc to see that I'm cruising and my levels are in the 800-900 range now instead of 250-300. He claimed I didn't need testosterone and I was perfectly normal. Will they see that I'm cruising though?I assume so considering it'll show in shut down.

Do you guys also add lipids and PSA to these panels. What all do you regular cruisers get checked is my main question and what's the best way to go about that?

I completely understand all your concerns and had the myself not long ago. I had to exam my life style and decided there is no way I will ever get off TRT. So I started with a new doctor (Osteopath or OD) got all the blood test then went into the meeting with her. My Thinking: She is my doctor and can't tell anyone about my condition and I want her to do the best job she can to keep me healthy. So the question came and I told her the truth and told her that I fell better then I did 8 years ago and I am not going to stop TRT. She gave me her opinion. Then said ok we need to get some base lines to go from stop taking test and steroids we will get another blood test and go from there. Her goal is for my free test to be around 900 and I told her I want to be at 1100 and run two 6 week blasts a year. I have peace now because my doctor knows what is going on and that can only help. Yes I use my insurance.

Not exactly sure how a new doc would help... There are way more than don't approve of trt than ones who do

              Re: Blood work issues

And there are thousands of TRT clinics that me and many ppl have been to that are nation wide so I'm pretty sure there are more docs that are smart enough to know 291 is low and not normal. Iv nvr met a doc that said below 300 or 350 was ok. But good luck buddy lol

Who cares if the doctor approves they are just practicing medicine. They are their to serve you. Do think doctors need to approve of what you do? My advice change your mind set you are doing nothing wrong.

Depending on your insurance man. It's not as cheap as getting your goods online but it's about the price of a little cycle every month not counting the visit fees which are generally 20-40$ a visit. I think mine was 350 a month after insurance it may have been 250 or 300 but hell man it's legal they do your blood work for you so it's the peace of mind... However I decided to just do it myself again till I decide it's time to stop cycling. If your gonna cycle just get your goods from here and get blood work done by private labs. Really just depends on what your wanting to do brother.

Blast and cruise is what I prefer. Couple blasts a year mostly.

Or you can go to your doc tell him your plans and see if he is on board or not. I'm guessing he isn't gonna be from what you said so that's why I say you'd be better off getting a doc that will try to help you rather than ridicule you. Some doctors forget they work for YOU not the other way around your paying them good money to keep you healthy and it's your body to make the decisions you want. I guess Iv been lucky enough to have met docs that agree or at least agree to disagree. But the main thing here is your trying to do the right thing by getting blood work done and you can do that three ways yourself, family doctor, TRT clinic it's your body your choice whatever you choose will be the right way as long as your getting your bloods checked. But blv me bro Iv been low several times and it's no fun as I'm sure your aware of.

Then I'd go the private route or find a doc that will at least agree to disagree with you. Good luck

It's horrible, I'm only 30 too. In great shape, feel awesome, healthy lifestyle etc, just feels better this way and I want to be responsible as I can
