How should I run winny??

I am currently taking Deca 300mg week, sus 750mg week. A source told me to run the winny at 50mg a day for the last 40 days is this correct?

so lets say you are doing it like this
sust weeks 1-10
deca weeks 1-10
so do the winny weeks 8-13
and start clomid week 14.

i like jc's and this is how i run it as well because as soon as winny is over you hit clomid, no time off which i think helps to keep the gains

i will run winny 10-15
