I'm doing Fina again and this time I want to be prepared. Is there certain things you can't use with to fight it with like it is with Deca? What would be the best soltuion for hair products?

2% Nizoral shampoo daily ... leave it in your hair 3-4 minutes in the shower ...
2% spirolactone solution applied to front hairline after shower ...
that's my remedy ... but fina's just rough on hair for me ... -

Topical Spironolactone is hands down the best med to stop fina related hair loss. Depending on how prone you are to MPB, it may be a good idea to add Nizoral 2% shampoo.Originally posted by MacGyver

nizoralman has everything you need bro. check out his sight for all the products. My hair went real thin on top and i freaked out. Ordered some products and now my hair is good to go. He even has packages now with all the products together. I wouldnt risk it and just use one product. Might as well cover your ass unless you like the bald look...Start Jun 1st 02
