  • Injured, cant workout, should I use gear?

    Hey everyone..

for those of you that know me, you know that I was just in a car accident. I just got out of the hospital today..

I am starting clomid today to try and prevent any more muscle atrophy (i have already lost about 15lbs).

I cant workout at all, and I wont be able to for some time, so I was thinking about running a mild anabolic such as deca or EQ to help retain some mass. My other thought was to run slin.

Im eating as much as I possibly can..whats your thoughts on this? Should I try to prevent any more muscle loss by using AAS, or should I just bite the bullet, and stay off untill I can workout and do a proper cycle?

I think I know the answer to this already, but its just so hard to watch your hard earned muscle waste away, and not be able to do anything about it

I would just bite the bullet kid, I know it sucks, but just take it as it is...I would not even bother with it, you might be asking for some issues. Wait till you do a full recovery and come back strong IMO...That way your body will recover at it's fullest and you'll just come back even better, besides, this way it'll give you time to get your shit together

But seriously though, take some time off

Be glad to have the health that you do. You will have plenty of time to use gear. You are able to dedicate yourself to train and diet properly when you are on cycle - you also have the dedication to stay off gear now and recover fully. Muscles aren't everything bro. Get well first - there are plenty of days for everything else.

              Nobody said I believe it
Just want you to know you will have plenty of time to get huge again after you get healthy. Looking forward to hearing about your next cycle after you are better and start hitting the gym again.

I'd just tough it out and take the time to heal...

I know it sucks, but muscle memory is a very real thing. You'll be back to where you were a lot faster than you may think.

slin + no exercise + a lot of calories from sugar/carbs = fluid gets fat.

just relax bro. take some time to heal. you have all the time in the world to hit the gym again...
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

Has your doctor recommended a rehab program? What kind of injuries do you have? Someone posted a study not too long ago where 3 groups of men were either given 200mg/wk, 400mg/wk, or 600mg/wk of testosterone and told not to excersize. 6 months later the two groups with the higher doses had actually gained muscle mass, with the highest dose gaining the most mass. If your injuries are minor (ie, no organ problems) it may be worth it. If your doc will let you lift and there is nothing seriously wrong, I would say go for it.
