Well my cycle was for 12 wks but i am happy with results so will stop at 10.It look like this wk1-4 30mg of dbol aday wk1-10 500mg of test enth and 400mg of deca a wk.I gained 19lbs of solid muscle and drop to a size 31 pant size.Will start clomid in 3 wks how would you guys that have run this cycle run clomid.Another ? how long would you lay off before ur next cycle.My next cycle i think i will use EQ for Deca.Thanks for the help guys

good results brotha...the clomid run at 300mgs 10days then 200mgs 10 days and finally 100mgs for the last 10days....start this 3 weeks after your last shot......
IMO, you could do time on=time off. However, I belive that for your receptors and more importanlty your HEALTH.... you should at least wait 4 months.....JMHOEVERYTHING I SAY IS ONLY AN OPINION.

time off=time on is an ok guideline, but, you would be better off getting tests to make sure your back up to normal testerone levels, and your hpta is recovered. Thats why its always important to get pre cycle tests. Recovery even with clomid could take more than 10 weeks.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

Thanks guys I was going to take off for 3 months after the clomid.My test levels are high natural so i always seem to recover pretty fast.But I have read that deca is alittle harder on you.This being my first deca cycle I will see.As far as the diet i just ate pretty much steak and chicken.I did'nt really keep a close look at the carbs but they were low.I have always eating a late night snack just to help keep the weight up late i mean like around 11:30
