  • 2ml in shoulder

    my delts are prob my fav place to hit and they are next up in my rotation...tomorrow im adding winstrol to my cycle> and im due for my next eq dose....would 1ml(200mg) of eq and 1ml(50mg) of winny be too much for my shoulder??? < pain is not an issue...just want reassurance my delt could handle it..so reassure!!

    it'll be fine. i do 2cc's in my delts on a regular basis. as long as your delts aren't the size of rado's, they can take it.

    The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

        I did 3CC's at a time in delts with no probs.
        Depends how big your shoulders are too.

          I do 2 in delts and tris all the time....WHen neseccary I go higher with no problems...I think in hospitals they go to 5cc sometimes.

                  Yeah, 2ccs are no problem. Most take these as guidelines:
                  2cc: delts and quads
                  3cc: glutes

                  Obviously you can go over those amounts, but these are what I would stick with unless you have pro-type genetics.
