    GelCaps Size - Help Needed

    I am going to be taking my Winny Orally, and wanted to know what size Gelpcap i should be getting to use 50mg ED.

    I have found 00 0r 0, i have no idea what they hold.

    The gear i am using is EQL Oil Based.

                      The OO will hold about .5-.6 ml if you are just putting it in the larger portion of the cap or if you are stabing a hole in it rather than seperating it (actually you need two hole because if you just stick the pin in there is no place for the displaced air to go and it will open the cap) you can fit .7-.8ish in.

                      Don't do what I did and get all excited about it and make a week's worth of caps the shit eats through them after awhile (at least l-dex and refb do)
