Swole- Yes, I saw a pharmacokinetic study on Clomiphene Citrate that showed a 5 day half life. Additionally, peak plasma levels are reached in only 6 hours upon administration of a single 50 mg dose. In this light, I don't think it is neccessary to take 300 mg on day one. Peak plasma concentration is the most drug that will dissolve in your blood. The only effect that taking 300 mg is going to do is make you reach that level quicker and 6 hours is already pretty damn quick. Also, the risk of side effects such as damaged eye-sight and pituitary bleeding is elevated at high dosages. Personally, I would never take more than 100 mg in one day.
