I am in Physiology 452 and my teacher was talking about the endocrine system, specifically insulin. He made this comment about how stupid bb's are because they use GH and then become diabetics because of the beta receptor cells burning out. These cells produce insulin. I wanted to raise my hand and say that is why most bb's use insulin with gh, but I wasn't sure if that was the reason. Is it? I also didn't want to say anything because the other 350 students would have been "He is taking steriods, what a dumbass." People really bother me sometimes.
