  • 2nd cycle:finally decided

    i just ordered my 2nd cycle tell me wha you think about the final.
    i took some ideas from different people who responded to my last post and came up with this simple, affordable cycle

    1-4 d-bol 35mg ed
    1-10 test cyp 500mg/wk
    1-10 eq 400mg/wk

    if i can come up with anymore money in the meantime i might add some mo test, but this'll do for now

    stats:
    5'6" 150lbs 8%bf max bench:225lbs
    goals:
    170lbs 6%bf max bench: 280lbs.

    sounds like a normal second cycle. I have done a lot of test,eq,dbol cycles and liked them all.

      I like it. My 2nd cycle is going to be the same but with no D-bol and I'm going to run it longer.

          i like it - maybe winny 8-12 if u want to cut up a little - how much test did u run ur first cycle? if it was 500mg or close then adding more test wouldnt be a bad idea. But the winny is optional and so is upping the test - Solid cycle IMO

            i really don't need winny, after my first cycle of 250mg enan and 250mg cyp ew along with d-bol for 6 weeks at35mg ed, i actually looked a lot better when i came off because the few pounds that i lost were all water weight and i was just pure ripped. i think i will get the same response after this cycle. i get girls now i couldn't imagine after this cycle, i'm gonna need em too cuz i can't stop thinking about them when i'm on, when i was in korea i spent $250 in three days on hookers, and that's a lot in korea

              d-bol is fantastic but i always seem to get back pains when i use it, the russian ones anyways, my buddy told me that he took the naps and he didn't experience any pains like i did with the russians. but who knows we're all different

                lol damm bro u must of been a horney mofo in korea lol....

                cycle looks good, what r ur goals? to gain or lose? how old r u? and 225 max should definatly go up a bit. if u already did a cycle i'm kinda wondering about ur bench and why its only 225, i was doing that at 13, but than again u could be very young. lemme know so i can understand better.

                  that looks good IMO...too bad you can't add more of the d-bol to maybe like 50mg ED...good luck with it

                    Are you in the Military? When I was in I did some time in Korea, it was shit. I liked South America much better.

                      sounds decent, but those doses are somewhat high for 150lbs IMO.

                        Yeah, it looks like a good solid second cycle for someone bigger but if I understand you right and you did 500mg/wk of test for your first cycle, you should be ok.

                            I didnt do those dosages until i was over 200lbs, right now, im dong 700mg of test a week, and 50mg tren ed, and doing very well. I have lowered my doses lately from previous cycles, i have foudn out in the last few years, its not how many mgs per week, its how many cals, how many g's of protein, how much sleep, how much weight lifted, that will ultimatley decide how much you gain, or how much bf you lose.

                              hey my body is adjusting to working out, i am very strong for my size. i train for endurance in the military so it's difficult for me to get those high weights, but soon i will be able to. although i only bench low 200s, i can also do 230 oush-ups in 23 minutes, run 2 miles in 9 min 37 sec, and can run 10 miles at 6 min 45sec pace, not to mention carry 80lbs on my back for miles and miles. i enjoyed that bit of critisicm swolegreaser, i will get back to you on my stats hopefully around 270lbs. bench next time. my goal is to ge bigger and above all else stronger and i'm 23 yrs old
