its an electrostatic test. They mesure bodyfat by checking how much water you have. Its not the most accurate test.

      70% fat?!

I just finished up a cut cycle and was able to drop 25 pounds over 12 weeks eating between 550-600g/day of protein. Dropped my bodyfat around 8-9%. I also ate around 150g/day of carbs and about 100g/day of fat. I kept the protein very high since this was a non-AS assisted cut. I lost a lot of strength, but I don't think I lost much muscle. It did kind of suck seeing some lifts go down so drastically, but I just tried to keep reminding myself it was only a temporary thing.

Personally I think you should be at least 2g/day of protein on a cut diet to help fend off any muscle loss.

It happens man i ended up doing the exact same thing last year, i went from 177 to 144 and it sucked bad. Just learn from it. This year i hope not to drop past 190.

I would say it was a failed attempt by the standards you used for testing...BUT, those fucking electrostatic tests are shit. If you drink a glass of water before you take one it will change the results. If you have a high sodium diet and are holding water the next day it will change the result.

One guy I am traiing used one of those hand held ones. You could see abs and veins on the guy, the that damn thing STILL tested him out at over 17% BF.

I couldn't maintain my left leg on 1900 cals a day. probably not enough protein, either. let things level out. then reevaluate your goals get some diet advice, see where to go next. there is no failure if you learn from it.

Failure....no flame either. Bump up the protein and increase the cardio IMO. I'm using a 2800 cal a day diet cycling carbs. 213lbs, 8%bf 6'0" losing 2lbs a week approx.

all bets are off bro. these tests are the most inaccurate BF tests available bro.

this makes sense now. get a caliper test, or a dunk test (hydrostatic). and for christ sake - double your protien intake.
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.
