ok so i had a real rough time last sunday with my 1st quad shot ......long story short i was limping really bad for 3 days .......on thurs and friday it started to feel beter i thought i would be able to do a leg workout on monday...but today it started cramping up agian i cant even do a squat with no weight
do you guys think i should freak out ???.... a few days ago i could squat all the way down no prob...today its back to what it was like on tuesday.
