I just wanna say wassup to my fitnessboard.com bros from way back that kept it real by getting another board up w/ previous fitnessboard people. Cj ,gearedup and lewd are great bros and have in my opinion ofer great knowledge to newbies . I havent been in the scene for a while and i was talkin to a good bro and he told me about this board, and how it has many past fitnessboard people on it,thanks man, and im back with the same name i had there.
