    I agree with everyone. I'm 21 and even I think that 16 is toooooo
    young. Theres no way you can plateau @ 16, just eat like a mofo and lift heavy. Remember that you have to gain some fat while bulking up, so dont cut down calories if you see a little more fat on your midsection.

      eat bro. when i started to lift weights at 15, I gained 20 pounds in my first month of training It was not all muscle but you can gain alot of weight without the use of steroids.

          Unbelievable!

          This is the guy because of whom the AAS are schedule III drugs and illegal to possess without a prescription. And hard to get!

          Because of him we have to buy vet grade, fakes and often get scammed along the way for a lot of $$$. If not busted and doing time!

          This one ignorant guy is causing all our misery!
          Beauty is only skin deep - unless you have some good muscle underneath.

            just wait bro till ur like 20 or something. Give your body time to develpo and your hormones to run properly. Hey u never know bro, u could grow naturally bigger as those years go by and u may not wanna do roids. Just eat right, train hard, and rest. Hey one of my sisters high school friends is barely a junior, and hes benching over 300 pounds in the gym. Hes about 5'8'' in height and a solid 175. Ripped to the bone and pretty good size on him all natural. Not to mention his squat over 400 pounds. Just give it a few years amigo and then think abou tit. Do some more research on roids bro.
