Are you being serious? If its that thing that looks like the Bowflex, don't waste your money bro. Get a bench and some powerblocks.

Agreed. For the price of one of those *****es, you can get some pretty nice home equipment, a good bench, a squat rack (which doubles as a spotter for military press, shrugs, etc.) and WalMart has 30lbs of interchangable dumbells for $20 and you can buy some more free weights and that will actually more than likely be cheaper than a Crossbow, might take up a little more room, but you'll be more than satisfied.

Alls you need is a power rack, and a flat bench or adjustable bench.

Personally I like them... I work out at my gym at work mostly.... but that is only M-F.... sometimes when I change my training to 3 days on 1 off I obviously had to workout on the weekends... the crossbow did just that.. I suggest you upgrade to the 440lbs.... I rep out the standard 240 on bench over 40 times. Funny in college I only did the 225 test 29 though.. hmm

225 29 times...WHAT!! what position did u play? you must been a strong mofo in college. By the way 240 40 x's hmmmmmm don't know if that's legit bro. The 225 29 x's though is pretty impressive, only big dudes that play line or linebackers do that.

I agree, from watching the draft some today, the strongest O-lineman barely did over that.

I agree with u bro. Get a bench at walmart bro. I saw this awesome olympic size bench for 88 bucks. The additional olympic size weight for another 88 bucks. You dont have to pay for a gym membership and all. Just keep on adding weight to your set, thats what I did.

Yea, the crossbow is over priced. Get some power blocks and a adjustable bench

Well I was a starting Defensive End on a Pac-Ten Team during the Mid 90's... 6'4" 275... playing weight.. 10% BF then.... BTW OL are lazy SOB's. That was no shit legit stats on the bench test... Have a bad wheel thats why I am not on the next level.

The 240 for over 40 was on the crossbow bro... not real weights... that was the point I was trying to make..

i appreciate the feedback bros. i might think over it a little longer. the only problem with benches and racks and things is the space they take up
