no proof either way, always err on the side of cautioon, but, using exo insulin post workout only, and the quickest acting, huymalog, actually eases the load on your pancreas, instead of having it produce that much insulin for 100g of sugars.

interesting, seems plausible that it might ease the load.
anbody else have any thoughts on that.

Im still wanting to know about the diabetic thing tho.

..and what about rala and insulin together??? arent they kind of opposites??? can they be taken together?

I took them together, r-ALA may help repartition the nutrients, and less fat gain, but it is taking a push and a pull if you get at me.

I would imagine that you could become insulin dependant if you stayed on for too long.....4 wks on 4 wks off for me

Very high doses MAY shut down the pancrease..but I doubt that VERY much! It doesnt work like the HTPA.

The problem lies with cellular desensitation! AKA Type II diabetes. It can be argued, but I believe it is possible with high and long use.

rALA may completely inhibit that possibility though.

IMO you have many many moons before you should even consider insulin ...

You can in theory make yourslef a Type II diabetic if you're on for an extended period of time and you use 20 IU/day or more.

You cannot however make yourself a Type I diabetic. That is impossible.
