well, transitions are common here - i don't know how hard it would be for you to sport some boobies and so though:p

its always hard to start somewhere a new life even if it is for a short period. i speak and write the language fluently and i couldn't do without that. luckily i have a brilliant job that keeps me safe from too much temptations.

powdered skim milk, heh. wouldn't it be the same to just down gallons of skimmed milk then? anyway, there are cheap alternatives as you say. chicken for example is just 80cents the lbs. wouldn't like to miss my whey, though.

don't worry for the katoeys. we know them all and keep them for the visitors:p

you won't get busted, but heavily fined. their reasoning is that whey has not been approved nor tested by the fda, and it is considered a pharmaceutical respectively in the same group. now if it ain't approved by the fda you're not allowed to import it. i tried to bring stuff in and had to pay so much under the table, it just got too expensive. gnc (f^*&ers) sell 2lbs for 60bucks. i'm still trying to get a licence but it is a long shot.
some bro just brought me some nitro tech. is that good stuff?

nitro tech is cool and all but too hyped up IMO. ull do fine with a simple pure whey protein like optimum

from the experiences i made so far, i have to agree with you. i did as good with the cheaper, solid proteins as with the hyped ones. lets not forget its a huge multibillion dollar market after all...

true, but you have to drink an awful lot. something hard to do with all that humidity. with the powdered milk you can add it to regular milk and concentrate it. and powdered milk should hopefully be cheaper too.

besides, with thai food i dont see how anyone can have a problem pigging out. i LOVE thai food!. tho you have to build up a tolerance coz of when it comes out .
