im 5.8 and and 185lbs
i take -1.6 to 2 gms of protien per day (for each pound of body weight)
-2.6 to 3.5gms of carbs per day(for each pound of body weight)
- i take creatine
- tribulus
- multivitamins
- methoxy
i am sort of a hard gainer
do you think im going in the right direction with my diet ??
What do you think would be a good first roid/s to cycle/stack
all i dont want is to go bald :P
