From my experience:
I did sust for 12wks and had a headache for 6 wks straight. NO lie. The last six.
My theory is it's part of that sust flu mess. Which the sust block cortisol and then there's nothing stopping errant electrical impulses form the base of the neck to the frontal lobe. Asprin, acetometifen, won't do a damn thing. You'll have to either stop taking sust, suck it up till the headache subsides, use imitrex, zomig, or a central nervous system depressant. Good luck you might need it."Just be happy with yourself. Be happy to be alive, be happy you are not over in Iraq, be happy you have your health".

I do have a history of migraines, I got them a lot as a kid, and I only get one once in a while now.
Migraine headaches are not a simple headache; they are crippling and they can literally make you want to die just to get rid of the pain. It is not at all uncommon for migraine sufferers to experience vision, hearing, or equilibrium loss during an episode.
I will often hear people say something like, “I have such a migraine today”. When the fact is that they would likely be balled up on the floor in the fetal position hoping for the sweet touch of death to relive them from the pain if they were truly suffering from a real migraine.
I have been given prescriptions for just about everything including off-label prescriptions of everything from Dilantin to Librium to Mellaril; none of it ever worked (well the Mellaril worked but it also chemically lobotomized me). Then one day they just went away, although every once in a while I will still get one – it is scary shit.
I don’t think I ever got a migraine that was induced by any anabolic or androgenic compound. In fact, the great frequency of them stopped right around the time that I started using steroids, although I think that is just a coincidence.

To help reduce or get rid of a headache:
Do not smoke and avoid second hand smoke.
Apply a small bag of ice to the spot from which the pain is radiating.
Or the other extreme, use a heating pad, hot towel on the area and the base of the neck.
When you feel a headache coming on or during an episode. Make an L shape with your thumb and press firmly on the back of the neck where the indenture is on the bottom of the skull. Sometimes you can feel around for the exact nerve that is involved in the pain.
Get enough sleep daily. If a headache comes on go to sleep to avoid it. Meletonin eases headaches and is a side-effect free sleep aid.
Also the corticosteroid prednisone stops a headache in it's tracks. It's not as effective while on a AAS cycle and may be catabolic to muscle but it stops a headache. Day 1 60mg , D2 50, D3 40mg, D4 30mg, D5 20mg, D6 10mg and your cured. If the headaches aren't severe 5-10mg of prednisone will cure a headache in minutes.
