    You humalinR users, how do you eat after your post workout drink(and injection)...?

    Do you keep your carbs at a medium high GI the meal after your injection or do you go for medium high or slow?

    slin + post workout drink

    1 hour later - ?? what do you eat?
    1½ hours later - What do you eat?
    1½-2 hours later - what do you eat?

    Does this look ok or should I go for higher GI carbs?

    first day:
    2iu + 65g dextros + 10g creatine + 40g whey isolate
    1 hour later: Rice + oatmeal(100g carbs), white fish(40g protein) or white rice only and white fish? low fat
    1½-2 hours later: normal medium high to low GI meal + protein, low fat

    Ok, i think your overdoing it on carbs here. 1st solid meal, try a 50/50 ratio, low glycemic. 1 cup of uncooked oatmeal, and some chiocken breast is fine, no need for 100g of carbs. Carbs like rice while on slin, just make me puffy. Try about an hour after injection for the first solid meal. I would just drink a protein shake 2 hours later, you have already beaten its peak.

      yes, you're overdoing it on carbs. they say consume 10 g carbs per iu to be safe, but i think more like 5 g per iu. you don't want to be a fat bastard

        hmm...I just thougtht there was a "minimum" of carbs to use and not a higher one. I use 65g post workout all the time, when not on slin. So you are saying I should lower carbs post workout to 20g first day? and the next meals also lower?

            i agree.

            btw, where do you find the stomach space for all that food. i often feel sick trying to eat so much near a workout if i don't already feel sick just from working out. you should blow up man.

              Diet: No fat for 2 hours before shot and 4 hours after injection.

              1. 5-10 grams of carbs per iu

              ex. 16iu postwork slin, 15-20min later 80gms dextrose/ 10gms creatine/ 10gms glutamine.

              2. @ 1 hour mark, 100gms of whey protien in the active time.

              3. 1hr 50min (right before 2hr peak), eat rice or oatmeal and some tuna fish w/ fat free itl dressing. Eat 6 tabs of amino acids.

              4. @ 4hours after injection, do whatever, eat whatever, go to sleep, jack off, etc.

              1. 30min before end of workout, stick yourself, sub Q. Start with 4iu and work up an iu each time. Use slin only on workout days, good ex. 4 on slin, 3 off slin. Same thing next 3 weeks. Take 4-5 weeks off from slin and repeat. Under most circumstances you'll be able to start with the iu amount that was worked up to on last slin cycle.

              2. Drink 10gms creatine/ 10-20 glutamine/ 75-100 dextrose.

              3. Take 20mg chromium picolinate. Because this mineral is involved in the metabolism of glucose. It maintains stable blood sugar levels through proper insulin utilization

              4. @ 1 hour mark 100gms of whey protein in water or tampico orange drink. NO MILK NO FAT.

              5. Wait 30min and fix up a nice clean meal (NO FAT!).Some of the choices are rice, boneless chicken breasts, tuna, oatmeal and raisins.

                      That's right I forgot pop some multi vits during the active time also.

                      Also it's 40mg on the chromium pic not 20.

                        doses of chromium are in mcg, and i would recomend 200mcg.
                        also the multivitamin and about a gram of HCA. i use universal Citrilene - it inhibits the fat storing properties of insulin

                              Why a multi-Vitamin? The insulin isnt going to increase the uptake of vitamins.
