  • Aggression?

One of the other managers at work has been cycling something that is making him rage recently. He gained probably 20lbs+ lean muscle in about a month or so, but every time I ask him what he's on he swears "nothin, it's just Muscle memory". Yeah right! the guy hasn't been in a gym in over a year until about a month and a half ago where he was about 160 - 170 6'1", now he's easily 190 - 195 and flipping out all of the time.

My question is, what can this guy do, (if I could get him to) to calm down. Also what do you think he's on? I'm doing Deca and Winny right now and I'm irritable, sure. But he's really being a jackass and has been very hard to deal with lately. I've heard Kava Kava can help?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Ummm tell him to grow up?
Being defeated is sometimes only a temporary condition. Giving up, makes it permanent......

It takes alot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there's no real security in what's no longer meaningful. There's more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life and in change there is power......

Yeah well, that's what I'd like to do in a perfect world but the owner of the company is this guys son's godfather and even though we're both technically managers, he's higher on the pecking order than I am. He knows that he's Fxcking up but doesn't seem to always be in control of his anger.

So really, is there an herbal or Pharmaceutical "cure" for the rages? or even something that could help a little?

Even if there was you think he would take it? There is always xanax but would you recommend him to go take it. I mean, you basically have to tell him he's an asshole and he should take this to calm him down so are you going to do that? If you're not going to say it as it is, which obviously probably wouldn't be a good thin unless he's always up in your face, then just smile and go about your business and leave him to his own.

Maybe hes in a bad mood. ITs easy to gain weight like that if you know what your doing, even easier if your making a comeback.

          Maybe hes not on anything.

Yeah, it's too bad too, we were friends for a while. But he called me the other night to ***** about something at work and I tried to get him off of the phone several times until I finally told him I knew he was juicing and he was flying off of the handle all of the time. That didn't go over too well and now we just pass each other in the halls without talking. I'd kind of like to bury the hatchet and suggest something to help him take the edge off but that's probably not going to happen.

No, his workout partner (another manager) admitted to a mutual friend of ours that he was taking gear, and he got fired for flipping out on his staff a couple of weeks ago. The guy we're talking about pretty much has tenure so that's not going to happen to him but he's making life hard on the people around him. Also, he hasn't been big in Six years or so and over the past few weeks he's gone from Sisqo to Tyson (the model, not the boxer). If you saw the change and how fast it happened you'd know what I mean.

oops...anyway, of everyone i personally know who uses gear, including myself, noone has ever had a serious rage problem. an occasionsl irritability, but nothing they couldnt completely control. if he wont admit he is on something, then he shouldnt act like he wants people to know or think he is. roid rage is a MYTH.

Yeah sure people uncontrollably flipping out and putting their heads through lockers maybe, but I've definitely noticed a marked difference in my irritability since I started Deca, nothing I couldn't control but still something I keep an eye out for.

If this dude was a dog, he'd be running around mounting everything and pissing on the rest.

Thats too bad bro, making ur life miserable is not a good thing and unhealthly. U should say something to him and stand up for urself in the end u wont get fired u'll get more respect like that.

i have more of a problem hiding my untimely boners than controlling my anger. sure you are a little more irritable, but it should not be a problem. anyway, crap like that gives gear a bad image for those of us who can control ourselves.

Me standing up for myself is why he called me that night. I'm not worried about standing up to him, I'm just getting sick of his crap. He obviously whined to the owner after we got off of the phone that night because the owner sent me an e-mail the next day telling me how valuable I am and asking me to work with the other manager.

It's just pissing me off because he's the one that has been causing all of the problems.

Than you need to tell ur boss the situation and how this guy is really pissing u off and ur gonna rip his head off if he doesnt stop.
Ur very important to this business so this shouldnt be a prob I assume. For me personally I hate people like that, and I would like to eliminate them all from this world lol....j/k
