    Re: supplements for 15year old

I wish i had someone like you when i was 15. 120 pounds till i was 27. I could hide behind the pole on a stop sign. 180 now. I probably could have done it without gear if i started at a young age instead of a buddy just handing me gear without any lifting experience. Fuck it though cause now i am smarter for it. Good luck. Be patient

get him a trainer early on for sure and maybe a nutritionist (or you can just teach him how to eat) other then that creatine would be the only thing id feel comfortable giving a 15 yr old

Hey, have him take a shaker with a few scoops protein powder and just add water when he's there it still has the protein he's needing for practice time. Make sure to get protein he likes or it will be a waste. Nothing worse than being 5 or 6 shakes into a tub and dreading the taste.

Why not creatine!? It's in the red meats we eat just obviously at a more concentrated dose.. proteins, creatine, and a pre workout N O supp will do him well! The N O will help draw extra blood to the muscle for a better pump and to help heal the muscle. The creatine will help rebuild his muscle quicker for the next workout!

Food...peanut butter, healthy fats, protein, weight gainer shakes, NO TEST BOOSTERS...his test is off the charts already and with proper diet it will get even better!!! Just teach him to eat right...the more he trains, the hungrier he will get...his body will become a bottomless pit for food!!!

I can tell you that when I was 15 I was trying to take everything I could get my hands on to get bigger lol That was wayyyy before creatine supplements were even invented . Most everything back then was Weider. It all was a total rip off but I spent my hard earned money on it trying to get an edge. lol

I wish someone had taken me aside and taught me how to eat at that age. I agree with others that his own body is making plenty of testosterone. Getting the right foods and extra protein should get him a long way.....if he plateaus, maybe mix in creatine.

i would absolutely not use a test booster. their test is sky high at that age. my kid i got him weight gainer as he just cannot eat enough food to put on mass.

NO TEST BOOSTERS and at 15 stay away from ANY preworkout! The stims init can cause a young heart too much stress. If he need energy to train then tell him to get his butt to sleep earlier. Too many kids on energy drinks having heart attacks and a lot of preworkouts are not much different. He doesn't need help getting a good pump at that age. He just needs to train right, eat, and sleep. Please believe me when I tell you I know this from experience. Not me but a friends kid. A very sad story that I don't care to tell, but NO explode FUCKED him up both mental and physical.
