If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
I don't know, but your post's really frustrate me.
Are you bulking or cutting? Why are you doing Sust? Especially at 250mg's a week........ Are you using the measly 250mg's a week just to retain muscle while cutting?
If you are cutting with Sust at 250/week (i hope not) you won't need nolva cuz of cardio.
It seems like you don't know what you want to do and your not doing it properly. JMHO.

its not 250mgs a week its 250mgs every 4 days thats 468mgs a week....and yes this is a cutting cycle and I hope to put on a couple of lean pounds......and yes I know what Im doing...

Im never rude on this board to anyone ... but I have noticed that when someone disagrees with you then you are concidered unknowlegalble, which is a mistake ..... I know what I want from my cycle ... I know exactly what I want from it !!!.... I got the gains I wanted on my last LOW LOW dose cycle.... and my last diet..... and I was happy with my results ....
