TUDCA, NAC, Saw Palmetto...but yes there is more I take like C0q10, Hawthorn Berry, good multi, Fish Oil or EFA, and started using a product called Lipid Stability from Molecular Nutrition. I may over do it with support supplements, but better to be safe than sorry. Probiotic/Digestive Enzymes are a staple.
