    i know this should probably go in the training forum but theres more people broseing here but, i was wondering how many of you guys work out your forearms? in my gym i think ive maybe seen 2 people ever work them out before and it was yesterday. just wanted to know if you think it is a good idea to do them or not

    I do it like once a week, if not twice...I try to do it with Bi's and Tri's

        I train them once a week since I train them on arm day.
