Supose to be. Shitty picture though..... maybe i'll change it!
Not looking for any scientific reasoning here....Just wondering if things like Sleep the night before, or Foods ate that day, or amount of water you've drank have anything to do with a good pump?.... I know i'm trying to dig way to deep into this, but.... oh well! :p
sometimes i work the muscle until i get the pump. some muscles especially bi's with me don't get pumped easily. guess different muscles act different ways for everyone.
Yep, its all about nurtient timing and carb intake. But, a pump is just simply good for looks in the gym. I get pumps about half the time, but alls im looking for, is a deep pressure within the muscle when im doing a rep, this is not a pump, its when you can feel the muscle straining very hard. Pump does not mean growth.
