I agree with the rest , you need to have everything together before you start a cycle. I start with my workout program, supplements, gear and anti-e's. Once you have all those down then start. In my opinion starting a cycle without anti-e's in your possesion can lead to a major problem. What if you source gets busted. Or you order and it gets siezed. Now you have a hot mail box and have to look for an alternate mailing addy..all this time your gained breast tissue at the rate of an 11 year old girl..be safe bro...get all your ducks in a row.CHECK OUT HARDKNOXGYM.NET

I would do it 2 x a week, at a low intensity, not only for cardiovascular, but your muscles uptake nutrients and oxygen better when your in cardiovascular shape, and nutrients are repartioned better. If your losing weight from 2x a week cardio, just eat more.
