If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
It could have been low solvents to begin with, and at the end of the vial perhaps they were somewhat depleted causing it to crash. Heat it up, or try adding a tiny amount of solvent.
Yeah, if you heated it with no luck add a tiny amount of BB. Shouldn't cause any sting, as that is usually the BA that causes it. You would need a drop or so in there. Then heat it a little and see if it holds.

These solvents can have a fairly easy evaporation rate and if the crimp job isn't air tight, the solvent could very easily evaporate out of the bottle causing the gear to crash much easier, so adding solvent wouldn't hurt, but you may want to re-filter it once you open that vial. That's up to you though brotha.
