Oil and water mixture......

Jus curious people, what do you guys withdraw first into the needle when mixin an oil and a water base:

1) the oil base then water base

2) The water base then oil base

3) doesn't matter

Doesn't matter...you could shake it up after it's in the Barrel...doesn't matter because it will always seperate.
