the golden rule is 300mg day 1 100mg 1-10 50mg 1-10 i was just wondering if you really need that 300mg first day or can you just start 100 mg ed 1-10. thanks for your help.

i do 200mg the first day. it's basically just to jump start the therapy just was you would a cycle if you wanted to start with dbol.Knowledge is power. -
I used 300mg for day one and it worked perfectly, havent tried any other dosage though.Comment

I do fine with 300mg day 1, 100mg 2-7, then 50mg ed until i feel back. Why is 4 more pills on day 1 just too much for you?Originally posted by bigdog

It's not required, but it's good to shock your system. It's taken me a coupla years to tweek my post cycle therapy to what works best for me..
100mg ED for 21 days
.25 Arimidex ED for 28 days
Nolvadex 20mg ED for 14 days
Varies, depending on how I'm feeling...Comment
