  • Overtraing on Gear?

Hey Bros, just thought i would see what your thoughts on this was. My normal routine is a 4 day split working on each body part once a day. But since i have been on gear i just feel more inclined to hit the gym almost every day. Its like i am addicted to the gym all of a sudden. I have been there 12 days staight. Now i am starting to get worried overtraining. Is this something that i should worry about will on AAS or should i just keep hitting the gym hard like i have been?
Its not the size of the dog in the fight, its the size of the fight in the dog...

IMO Atrophy sets in after 72 hours of working out without gear. A lot of bros prob don't agree I have a crazy workout and love it.

If it works, it ain't overtraining. Me, I got shitty genetics, if I think too hard about working out I overtrain, lol.

your body will know when you do overtrain, you'll feel tired no matter what, that's when you have to take some rest

train hard and rest when your body need's it, not when you need it. if you rest when you need it, then you'll overtrain IMO, we tend to get greedy at times, listen to your body

This is one of the oldest myths out there. There are studies that suggest it takes a month for atrophy to set in. Strength may decrease sooner but muscle atrophy doesn't start anywhere near that soon. Otherwise all these guys training each body part once a week wouldn't get anywhere.

I know the body grows at rest, but i think, well i only workout for one hour, what does it do, wait 24 hours, then say, ok, he didnt train today, time to rebuild. But, nonetheless, tonite im contemplating training for the 7th day in a row. My split now is 6 on 1 off, but i just may hit back manana because my work schedule will be hectic on weds, oh the choices.
I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul

I do high set volume, low reps, so my total reps are much the same as guys doing 10 sets per body part, but 8-10 reps

                      20 for back and legs
                      18 for chest and shoulders
                      16 for bis and tris

                      rep range 4-6
Usually not to failure, except on maybe 4 sets.

I modeled my split, set, and rep scheme after Markus Ruhl's. but his set range was 25-30 per body part.
