  • My slin cycle, please critique and help with a few questions

    I have done ONE AAS cycle im in the middle of, and would like to try slin out on its own after my post cycle recovery. I have read a lot and am pretty sure i know what im doin, just want it looked over and made sure everything is solid.

    Im going to use humalog, since its the fastest in and out, and im going to be using it post workout. Im 200lbs and half way through my cycle, so i figure 205lbs when i start the slin. Im planning on working up to 10IU. Now for my questions:

    1. How fast (days and IU's) should i work my way up to 10IU of slin?
    2. Do i have to make up my own mixture of whey isolate and dextrose (which i can do) or would N-Large be ok to use? Its 88g maltodextrine, 50g whey concentrate, and 5g fat (this is the bad lookin part since i know there shouldnt be fat).
    3. Is the slin administered the same way a diabetic administers it to themselves? I have a friend willing to walk me through this a few times and makin sure i got all the injection info right.

    i could be wrong here, but from my research, he is what i got. any vet can feel free to correct me if so.

    1. start out with 2iu, then go up by 1iu per day. this way, you can judge how you respond.

    2. whey and dextrose work the best. minimize fats. keep glucose tablets on hand if cause you go hypoglycemic. if you feel the urge to sleep, DONT. get some carbohydrates into. grapes and glucose tablets being the best in my understanding.

    3. yes. same way. not Intramuscularly, but subscantenously (sp?)

      Also, what amounts of Creatine, Glutamine should i be adding in there also?

          What they've said is right.
          Start with a low dose of insulin- 3 or 4 ius is a decent place to start- and go up 1 iu everyday so you can judge how you react to it.

          Just take it postworkout.

          I wouldn't take nlarge because that is too much fat. You want to avoid all fat if you can.

          10-20 gms of creatine and glutamine with your post workout- WPI/carb shake.

          Like they said- 10gms of carbs per iu of slin is the safe way to go.
