I will be taking sust 250mgs every 4 days and tamox at 10mgs daily will I have to worry about bloating in the face?, or anywhere else for that matter???
the sust dose works out to approx 470mgs week...should I up the tamox
IMHO, if you are worried about bloat, it's all about SODIUM intake, eat clean carbs low in sodium and you will be okay.
If you eat alot of fast food and restaurant food, they are almost 100% guaranteed to be high in sodium, and along comes the bloat.
Carbs hold onto 3 times as much water as proteins. If you start to bloat and can't stand it, use high protein low carb diet, and bloat should go away in matter of days. Always get your protein in every 3 hours though or else theirs not point in being on.
Also everyone reacts different. You won't really know until week 3-4.
thx guys for always giving me your honest opinions...I start on wed and will keep a journal with updates and pics I think/hope this time round Ill end up at 180lbs with 9-10%bf [but I used to be a heffer up until the age of 15 and think that the loose skin around my belly is there to stay ]
it'll depend a lot on your diet as trip said ... but 10 mg should keep the bloat under control ... you might notice a little water, but nothing too major ...

Sorry dude, but my God, you weigh 160 lbs, quit Worrying about cutting!!!!!! If you have to take your shirt off and show people your cut, so they know you workout, then your not a BBer.
I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul
cutting shouldn't really be considered till you've gotten a good base i say, otherwise just eating clean is the way to go to minimize the amount of fat gain ...
