I am one of those with a high tolerance. Very high for everything. I am currently on 200mcg a day...spread throughout the day and don't really notice anything. This is my 3rd brand of doing that also. I'm currently using 5 of the 40mcg Hubei tabs. I do get pretty bad cramps at times though, but nothing else.

alright my bad i stand corrected i didnt think of that - its just i hardly feel clen. i need to look at shit from more angles
