It makes you hard but not as much as viagra, it works just enough so you can get the job done... a few times if you want but it isnt to intense like viagra! Viagra also gave me hot flashes and headaches and cialis doesn't do that! I wouldnt start taking it everytime you have sex or you will get used to it and have a hard time without it.... or I should say a "not hard time"!!! j/k Corny joke!Comment

Gearedup is right on that. It is easy to start relying on it. I started using cialis when I was on clomid because the sex drive was gone. It was so good that I found myself using it even when running a gram of test - there is simply no need for that. I save it now for recovery and vacations (because when you're married that's about your only real chance to get it mulitple times on consecutive days)
Unless you have a problem, save it for recovery or special occasions - you don't want to end up needing it just to have a good time.Comment
