  • white rice v. oats while slin is active

    I use humalog postworkout, and for my first solid meal, I usually use white rice, but I hate the way the shit bloats me up. Only thing is it has no fat, whereas oats has 4 grams for the serving size I eat. What would you guys recommend going with, the white rice or oats?

    Oatmeal, the fat is negligble to worry about

                I dont even eat rice, i like to fill up on things like oatmeal and salads, rice just seems so small for portion size to cals.
