You can purchase ephedrine hcl in the USA from d and e pharm. I believe the prices are 40$ for 375 tablets. It is pure ephedrine with no guafinesen. You do have to send them a photocopy of your drivers license because of all of the methamphetamine production. but unless your cooking meth you have nothing to worry about.
