dextrose??? brand??

i know this is kinda the wron board but....no one seems to be on the diet fourm.....

i think im going to try and save$$$ by making my own protien shakes

what brand is good and coast effective......same for just protine powder...not to much woried about the taste

its dextrose bro. buy the cheapest you can, not like theres some magical blend of dextrose that works better lol. i get mine from proteinfactory

I get NOW foods dextrose and malto. its all (or all should be) cheap.
